The problem with this parrot is that he's very noisy and needs to be entertained. So his human friend Andrew Gray, and engineering student from Florida, built this buggy so that Pepper can go around and keeps himself entertained.
The parrot is able to drive the buggy using a joystick, but there are also some sensors to prevent crashes.
I am not a hi-tech or robotics fan but I really like this video.
