Quadrupedal workout taken to the next level.

More than one year ago I wrote a post on going quadrupedal as a full body workout.
Today I am back on this topic because I want to recommend this excellent article on going quadrupedal from Blue Mountain Fitness.
Combining a quadrupedal workout with going uphill and downhill definitely takes the whole thing to the next level.

I discovered Blue Mountain Fitness some months ago when I was looking for online resources on footbikes, and since that day I read all the articles. It's an excellent source of informations not only about footbiking, but  about fitness in general.
You should definitely give a try to quadrupedal workout, as it can be a lot of fun too.
