Recipes for sports drinks.

We all know that while training during summer it's better to drink isotonic drinks, and in this post I've already said something about this matter. Commercial sports drink are very expensive, especially when considering how easy it is to drink a lot of them to replace fluids.
But it's no big deal to make them at home.
In this page, you'll find some recipes. Easy and cheap, isn't it? And it's all natural.
The article says that it's better to drink them cold, I don't know if it's just a sportsworld legend but I remember having read somewhere that having a cold drink when your pulse-rate is high, can damage the heart. It may sound odd but I remember reading it somewhere that I considered reliable.
